PLEASE NOTE: WasteWater Education is running Version 10 of Elluminate Live - be sure, if you download any of the support or training documents that this is the version referenced.
It will help you to be ready to participate as soon as the online event starts if you look at the system requirements, check you are logged in at the correct connection speed, and set up your online or telephone conference audio in advance.
Although a high speed connection will enhance your participation experience, all events can be accessed via dial-up speed.
BUT to participate via real time audio a noise cancelling headset is preferred. If you are sharing the event with others at your location, please check that box in your audio set up.
As a standard policy - all microphones will be muted by the Moderator when a presenter is speaking.
Elluminate provides a Configuration Room that can be used to test your connection, settings, and configure your audio.
Note: When joining an Elluminate Live! session for the first time, you may see a security dialog box asking you to confirm that the application's digital signature is correct. Click "Run" to continue.
